Inshore Fisheries Limited has a long established reputation in the fish processing industry, our family has been in the fish processing business for over 55 years. We process a wide variety of groundfish species which include; cod haddock, pollock, flounder, and redfish.
We have developed a broad line of fresh and frozen product packs. We can deliver 10lb, 20lb, and 25lb packaged fresh fillets. These can either be palletized individually or repackaged with ice into 7x10, 4x20, 3x25 corrugated heavy paper containers. We can also produce fresh fish fillets in 10lb, 20lb, and 25lb styrofoam containers. These are individually iced and stored with plastic bags and liners, so that we can deliver the freshest product to market.
We have recently expanded our freezing facilities to enable to provide the best quality frozen product. We have two brands of frozen fish fillets, Inshore and Lobster Bay brand. Inshore Brand packs include; 10lb, shatter packs and 5lb cello wrap. Lobster Bay brand is a 5lb cello wrap product only.
We also have in the past few years, broadened our products to include fish cuttings for bait. Cuttings from redfish and flatfish are now in demand for the lobster fishery. Our fish cuttings are frozen the same day to ensure top quality product. Packaged in 35lb waxboard boxes, these products are plastic lined for long storage life.
Our plant and staff is being continuously upgraded to meet the most exacting quality control and sanitation requirements.
